Copycat Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Here's the link to the pasta we made while in California.  It's one of my favorites!  The only thing I change is that I use regular cream instead of heavy cream- makes it a lot healthier ;)

Banana Muffins

These are really good! I made them for the first time last week. Adam ate one and had to have another, the boys seemed to like them as well, and I really like them too!

Ingredients:

1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon wheat germ (can omit)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (can omit)

Directions:

1. In mixing bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
2. Add the eggs and bananas and mix again.
3. Add flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until well blended.
4. Bake in greased muffin pan at 350 for 20 minutes. (If making mini-muffins, decrease time to 10-12 minutes.)

Makes 12 large (huge) muffins.

Notes:

The butter I used was salted, we didn't have unsalted butter on hand. I did not use wheat germ or ground flaxseed. Make sure the bananas are mashed well. I used muffin liners instead of greasing the muffin tins. And instead of 12 huge muffins, mine came out to 15 regular sized muffins.

I didn't think to take a picture of these until I was halfway through eating the last one!
